Sara’s interest in Reflex Integration began in early 2013 after attending a course in the USA. She started using it to help her son who was born with a rare brain abnormality. After seeing dramatic improvements she was determined to learn more.

The clients that she supports include those struggling in school with learning and academics as well as those with emotional regulation difficulties. She has been commissioned by her local government authority to work with fostered children. She documented the start of this work in a paper published in The Journal of Neurology and Experimental Neuroscience (https://jneuroscience.com/2024/08/23/reflex-integration-and-fostered-children-with-emotional-regulation-difficulties-who-have-experienced-neglect/). She has worked with many schools both mainstream and specialist.

Prior to her son’s disability and her career in therapy and rehabilitation, Sara worked as Research Scientist for two Government agencies after gaining her degree in Physics in 1999; she is also a qualified secondary Mathematics and Physics teacher.
