Hi, I’m Helen, I see children and adults at my home clinic in Emmer Green. I work from a beautiful wooden cabin in my garden. I see children currently who are challenged with formal learning and nervous system dysregulation. I am passionate about supporting children and young adults in a journey towards greater self expression and awareness…after all the innate wisdom of our reflexes is waiting to be unlocked. RMT movements are the keys to the gateway! I work also as an energy medicine practitioner and teacher in Japanese Reiki. The Usui Method of Natural Healing. Many children who join me here enjoy the calm, safe and nourishing space I create. They enjoy greater peace and relaxation and are seen by me for their uniqueness. I have seen many children thriving in their bodies and minds, loving life fully after struggling with anxiety; controlling behaviours, defiance, overthinking, overwhelming emotions, sleep challenges, coordination issues and challenges with healthy attachment to their parents. RMT is a beautiful and natural way to come back to your innate state of balance and choice, through play and natural movement. I work in Emmer Green 4 days of the week.
